HomeCo Daily Needs REIT to acquire Marsden Park Shopping Centre

Home Consortium confirms that HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (HDN.ASX) has entered into a binding contract to acquire Marsden Park Shopping Centre, a Queensland-based convenience focused asset for a purchase price of $48 million representing a cap rate of 6.75%.

The acquisition will be 4.5% FFO accretive for HDN which is due for listing at 12.30 pm today on the ASX.
