The fund will be seeded with an A$1.3bn portfolio of high quality metropolitan private hospital assets located in Australia’s major capital cities (80% Sydney and Melbourne) and gain exposure to a significant A$1.3bn+ pipeline of hospital and life sciences development opportunities. The platform will target 12%+ IRR.
