HomeCo receives the 2019 LFRA 'Developer of the Year' award
HomeCo was extremely honoured last night to receive the 2019 LFRA ‘Developer of the Year’ award.
The inaugural Gala Awards is a celebration of the Large Format Retail Association, and in particular the members who contribute to the success of the Large Format Retail sector.
Our Executive Chairman & CEO, David Di Pilla accepted the prestigious award alongside our COO, Sid Sharma, our Development Director, Andrew Boustred, our Finance & Strategy Director, William McMicking and our General Counsel Andrew Selim.
The award is a great reflection of HomeCo’s strong dedication and commitment. Together we have achieved a remarkable amount in such a short period of time. We have repurposed 26 properties across VIC, QLD, WA & NSW (with SA soon to follow) & successfully delivered over 500 tenancies representing over 300,000sqm of GLA.
It has been an enormous team effort over the past 2 years and has only been made possible by the unwavering support of all our partners who we would especially like to thank and acknowledge – our builders H.Troon, Mainbrace, Dewcape and Tomkins, our planners Urbis, Blueprint, Contour and Planning Solutions, our architects Buchan and Meyer Shircore, our agents, Colliers, Ian Hooley, Burgess Rawson and Leedwell, our manager Cushman & Wakefield, our service providers Major Media and CV Signage and, of course, all our retailers.
