We look back on 2023 to celebrate the Group’s achievements, including successfully closing over $2bn in our unlisted Institutional funds and the acquisition of the $1.2bn Healthscope hospital portfolio. Our private equity vehicle, HMC Capital Partners, ended the year with strong momentum with our portfolio company Sigma Healthcare announcing a transformational merger proposal with Chemist Warehouse, one of Australia’s largest and most successful retailers.
